Introduce

Luciano Tajoli (Milan, April 17, 1920 – Merate, August 3, 1996) was an Italian singer and actor.

Luciano Tajoli is pictured with two of his wines produced at the Wandanna farm in Montecarlo di Lucca. On the label of the white wine, his motto is printed: “Wandanna, the wine that makes you sing!” A prominent figure in post-war Italian music alongside Claudio Villa, Narciso Parigi, Luciano Virgili, and Giorgio Consolini, Tajoli sold forty-five million records worldwide throughout his career. A completely self-taught artist, he developed a remarkable singing style known for its timbre, expressiveness, and clear enunciation. Among his best performances are remembered *Mamma*, *Rosso di sera*, *Spazzacamino*, *Tango delle capinere*, and *Scrivimi*.
