The Fenyr SuperSport is a Lebanese limited production sports car built by W Motors, a United Arab Emirates based company. It was unveiled at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show.
Vehicle Overview
The Fenyr SuperSport derives its name from Fenrir, a monstrous wolf in Norse mythology, symbolizing power and ferocity. Initially, production plans aimed for up to 25 units per year, a significant increase from the limited 7-car production run of its predecessor. However, these plans were revised, with a total of 100 vehicles being produced, including 10 special launch editions. The Fenyr SuperSport is equipped with a formidable 3.8-liter boxer engine from the German manufacturer Ruf, capable of delivering 596 kW (810 hp). This powerful engine provides the car with exceptional performance and speed, placing it among the elite supercars on the market. The body of the Fenyr is constructed from carbon fiber-reinforced plastic, often referred to simply as “carbon,” which offers remarkable strength and lightweight properties, enhancing both its performance and durability. The design and development of the Fenyr SuperSport were supervisioned by StudioTorino, an Italian company led by Alfredo Stola. StudioTorino is renowned for its expertise in automotive design and craftsmanship, contributing to the SuperSport’s striking aesthetics and advanced engineering. In summary, the Fenyr stands out not only for its mythologically inspired name and powerful performance but also for its limited production run and sophisticated design.
