The Tata Tamo Racemo was unveiled at the 87th Geneva Motor Show. Designed in collaboration with star designer Marcello Gandini, this could be the first car launched under the sub-brand name TaMo. Racemo could have been offered in two variants – road-based Racemo and track-ready Racemo+. It was reported that a limited amount, 250 Racemos were to be built. In May 2018, reports emerged that the Racemo project has been put on hold indefinitely and that the parent company Tata is looking to sell the project.
