Vehicle Overview
The Italdesign Together study draws inspiration from iconic vehicles like the New York Taxi, Megagamma, and Capsula. This tall and multifunctional vehicle represents a culmination of research that influenced the development of production cars such as the Fiat Uno and Panda. Named “Together,” it embodies the concept of being “1 box and a half,” with compact dimensions measuring 4 meters in length and 1790 mm in width. The interior compartment is notably spacious, surpassing that of the Marlin model, with higher and more forward-positioned rudder pedals. The distance between the foot-brake pedal and the rear seat measures 2200 mm, which is 170 mm more than the Marlin. The vehicle features large glass surfaces that encircle the car, enhancing visibility and creating an open feel inside. It offers a configuration with either two or three rows of seats. Within the wheelbase, there is a curved seat designed for two people, which can be extended forward to accommodate the second row. The front seats are fully rotatable, allowing for a frontal arrangement compared to the three seats in the back. Overall, the Italdesign Together study combines practicality with innovative seating arrangements and ample interior space. It represents a forward-thinking approach to vehicle design, catering to diverse passenger needs while maintaining a compact and efficient footprint.
