The Ferrari 348 GTS is a two-seater convertible sports car that combines the performance of the 348 GTB with the added versatility of an open-top driving experience. The power is sent through a 5-speed transaxle gearbox with a limited-slip differential, while the dry-sump lubrication system ensures optimal engine performance even under extreme conditions. The car is equipped with independent suspension at both the front and rear, featuring transverse double wishbones, coil springs, telescopic gas shock absorbers, and anti-roll bars. Ventilated disc brakes are paired with an anti-lock braking system for effective stopping power, while the steering uses a rack-and-pinion system for precise handling. The Ferrari 348 GTS’s performance is impressive, with a top speed of over 280 km/h and an acceleration time of just 5.4 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h. The car’s lightweight construction (1,370 kg) and well-tuned suspension contribute to its agility, making it an exhilarating driving experience on both twisty roads and highways.
