The Ares Wami draws its design inspiration from the Frua-bodied Maseratis of the 1950s, particularly models like the 2000 Spyder. Project Wami incorporates many styling cues from 1950s Maserati designs, such as side exit exhausts, chromed front and rear bumper over-riders, and classic wire wheels. Inside, the car embraces a classically styled simplicity, featuring an unadorned central transmission tunnel, a metal dashboard, and black-on-white dials that echo the design of the original Maseratis.
