The collector Paolo Milini tells us the story of this Lancia Aurelia B52 Vignale designed by Giovanni Michelotti. A “fuoriserie” built in two specimens that was the protagonist of the film “La Provinciale” with the well-known Italian diva Gina Lollobrigida.
The Bertone Ramarro (the Italian name for a striking green lizard) was based on the Chevrolet Corvette C4 (the fourth-generation Corvette). Given Nuccio Bertone’s sense for perfect timing, the concept was unveiled for the first time at the 1984 Los Angeles Motor Show, shortly before the start of the Summer Olympic Games.
This 1950 Lancia Aurelia B50 Coupé is one of the 3 ‘fuoriserie’which Lancia included in its official price lists. Built in only 5 specimens, it is kept by the collector Paolo Milini in “The Box”, a set of structures that also includes a restaurant called Olio.
