Ready to grace the Italian beaches, the latest version of the Fiat Topolino has become even more distinctive and luxurious. Introducing a new Giardinetta version, this iconic vehicle is making waves.
Fiat Topolino officially welcomes summer with the Castagna bodywork: a collaboration that brings to life a new beach-ready model designed by Gioacchino Acampora. This new creation harks back to the joyous summers of Italy’s economic boom in the 1960s. Priced from 25,000 euros, this unique model boasts a nostalgic retro style. As usual, the car lacks a roof and doors, but Castagna has strengthened the chassis with aluminum panels and employed 3D printing to craft its soft, flowing lines. The mechanics remain the same as the base version, featuring a 5.5 kWh battery that offers a range of 75 km and a top speed of 45 km/h.
The interior pays homage to the 1960s speedboats, with wooden trims running along the edges and a wide range of upholstery options. An innovative steel frame allows for the mounting of a waterproof cover to shield occupants from sudden summer showers.
An extended version is also available, featuring a rear end extended by 30 cm. Maintaining its beach buggy aesthetic, it comes with a teak loading platform and various side compartments for storing beach gear. The body color options range from pastel shades to more modern hues, with chrome details and premium materials such as marine leather used for upholstery.
With its blend of classic design and modern enhancements, the new Fiat Topolino is set to become a stylish staple on Italian beaches this summer.
