Among the so-called "Minor Coachbuilders, a place certainly belongs to the brilliant Artisan Tullio Vendrame. He was born in 1919 and, after a working experience at the CAPRONI aeronautical factory in Predappio in Emilia Romagna, where he learned to deal with aluminum and its alloys, and then at the Serafini body shop in Conegliano, towards the end of the 1940s he opened his own coachbuilder in the building owned by Zanardo in the current Piazza Municipio in Mareno di Piave (TV). The Wife Bruna was a skilled tailor with a large experience gained at the tailor Beniamino Zanardo, her job was to sews the interiors of the cars. The coachbuilder dealed mainly with the traditional repair of normal cars, but also custom made bodies for racing cars.
