Fiat Panda Cross

The Fiat Panda Cross by Bertone.

Vehicle Overview

The Fiat Panda Cross was unveiled during the 2005 edition of the Bologna Motor Show. Designed by Bertone, it was anticipated by the Fiat Simba concept and is the Turin manufacturer’s response to the significant growth of the Sport Utility Vehicle market. Based on the chassis of the Panda 4×4 (from which it takes up the mechanics), the Cross is characterized by a completely new front with redesigned bumpers and new circular headlights and a tail has unpainted protections in the bumpers and the new circular lights. The only engine available for the Fiat Panda Cross was the 69 horsepower 1.3 Multijet while the traction is integral. The standard equipment includes the ESP and ELD system, manual climate control and alloy wheels, but it is not possible to homologate the car for 5 seats, unlike the basic versions.
