Priced at 760,000 Lire at the time, which is equivalent to approximately 28,500 Euros today, the Fiat 600 Lucciola was positioned as a high-end option within the compact car market. It combined the practicality of the original Fiat 600 with a series of carefully crafted modifications that elevated both its exterior and interior design. The exterior of the Lucciola was a harmonious blend of standard Fiat lower body paint paired with a lunalcrome roof, which could be customized in the color of the customer’s choice. This allowed for a personalized touch, making each Lucciola unique. The front grille was enhanced with a central fog light, and the sides of the car were adorned with elegant chrome moldings, adding to its sophisticated appearance. The front turn signals were redesigned into a rectangular shape, and chrome accents were liberally applied to various parts of the car, including the fenders, rain gutters, windshield, side windows, engine hood hinges, and even the exhaust tip. The car also featured chrome wheel covers, an engine hood support, a lock for the engine hood, and optional whitewall tires, all of which contributed to its premium look. Inside, the Fiat 600 Lucciola offered a range of luxury enhancements that set it apart from the standard model. It included under-door moldings, a luggage rack rail, a night screen for the rearview mirror, and chrome door sills. The seats were covered with washable materials, available in either one or two tones, ensuring both comfort and easy maintenance.
