Carrozzeria Boneschi was established in Milano by Giovanni Boneschi in 1919. Since that day in, Carrozzeria Boneschi has remained an outstanding exponent of the Italian Style on the international coachbuilding scene. This is the story of an industrial enterprise blessed by major successes, from the close and lengthy association with Lancia to the work produced for Citroën taliana and production in the dark days of the war in which the factory was destroyed and rebuilt after in 1946. This success story continued after the war with the manufacture of special vehicles (medical and military), followed by the end of cooperation with important manufacturers. Even greater fame resulted from the work done in the commercial and publicity vehicle sector. In the 80’s Carrozzeria Boneschi was acquired by Savio.
