The project commenced in the United States, where the car was sent to Genaddi Design, a company renowned for creating exclusive and customized luxury vehicles. The owner’s vision was to have a wagon suitable for his alpine residence in St. Moritz, Switzerland, necessitating the conversion to four-wheel drive. To achieve this, Genaddi Design ingeniously utilized the engineering and some components from a Cadillac Escalade, integrating them into the Arnage T to ensure superior traction and stability on snow-covered mountainous roads. However, the transformation did not end there. Once the primary modifications were complete, the car was shipped to the owner’s home in Monaco. Despite the substantial effort invested, the owner was not entirely satisfied with the final product. To refine the vehicle further, it was sent to the legendary Italian design house Pininfarina, known for its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Pininfarina not only added aesthetic touches but also revamped the interior, ensuring that the vehicle exuded the highest levels of luxury and comfort befitting the Bentley name. The cost of this comprehensive conversion was approximately $900,000, reflecting the meticulous engineering and craftsmanship involved in creating such a rare masterpiece. This Bentley Arnage T 4WD Station Wagon stands as a testament to bespoke automotive excellence, combining the aristocratic presence of Bentley with the rugged practicality of a four-wheel-drive station wagon.
