The Foxtron Model D is built on the Lifestyle Multipurpose Utility Vehicle (LMUV) design concept, blending the benefits of both SUV and MPV segments. This multifunctional hybrid vehicle utilizes Foxconn’s latest-generation platform technology, offering an innovative and versatile solution for modern mobility. Measuring 5.1 meters in length with a wheelbase of 3.2 meters, the Model D provides a spacious and comfortable interior, ideal for families and individuals seeking both style and functionality. The expansive cabin space ensures ample room for passengers and luggage, making it suitable for a variety of lifestyles and activities. To enhance driving comfort and stability, the Model D is equipped with an advanced air suspension system. This feature allows the vehicle to adjust its height by 15 mm to 25 mm, providing optimal performance across different terrains. Whether navigating urban streets or open highways, the vehicle offers a smooth and controlled ride. A key highlight of the Model D’s design is its focus on aerodynamics. The bodywork incorporates specially designed S-shaped air ducts and custom air intakes, which help reduce drag, achieving an impressive drag coefficient of 0.23. Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn), the world’s largest tech manufacturer and service provider, has unveiled its latest electric vehicle model, the Model D, developed in collaboration with the renowned Italian design house, Pininfarina. The reveal took place at the fifth annual Hon Hai Tech Day (HHTD) in Taipei, where Foxconn also presented the Model U, a medium-sized electric bus designed for urban mobility solutions.
